    as such, M-Power cannot be held responsible or liable for any problems that arise from a
    product or service sold through this website. All enquiries, requests and complaints about a
    product or service sold on this website, should be made directly with the business concerned.

  Please note: some businesses will charge a 3% surcharge on all payments made with
    American Express and Diners Cards. Payments made using Visa, MasterCard or Australian
    Bankcard will usually not attract a surcharge.
