About M-Power

M-Power Accommodation is an accommodation and travel services booking service which began operation in 1999.

Our Service

M-Power strives to offer a high level of personalised service to our clients with a rapid reply to email or phone enquiries and bookings.

While our 24 hour service does all we can to hold to that commitment, many of the hotels we work with do not have round-the-clock reservations. This may cause a little delay in replying to some accommodation needs.

Fees, Charges and Cancellation Policies

M-Power Accommodation charges a fee for our booking services equivalent to 10% of the stay we book for our clients. This is not a charge on top of the rate quoted for the stay.

In most circumstances, where the reservation goes ahead as booked, this fee is covered by the hotel. In these instances, the hotel is paid the remaining 90% of the booked stay. In the case of a cancellation, the service fee is borne by the customer.

M-Power Accommodation recommends our clients take out travel insurance to cover any losses incurred as a result of changes due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that some hotels may charge a cancellation or no-show fee on top of the 10% M-Power Deposit.

Affiliations

M-Power Accommodation works closely with many hotels and we are directly affiliated with the Park Lodge Hotel, Acacia Lodge and Crown Studio Apartments.
